If you have been looking for Radiant Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Salisbury, you are in the right place. The practice at 140 Mahaley Ave, Ste A is now called Okonic Dental. It is the same team in the same building, and the number to call is (704) 637-0150.
Three things about us are genuinely different: the name, the phone number, and the Friday hours. Nothing about your care changed with them. This page lays out both halves so you can stop wondering whether you have found the right office.
What Changed
Three things, and no more.
The name
Radiant Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry became Okonic Dental in 2026. The new name belongs to the dentist who leads the practice, Dr. Kelvin Okons, DDS, who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2019. If you still see the old name on a directory, a review site, or an old appointment card, it is still us. Those listings are being corrected one at a time, so expect to meet the old name here and there for a while yet.
The phone number
Our number is (704) 637-0150. The old number is no longer answered, so if it is saved in your phone or written on a card in your wallet, replace it now rather than on the day you need us. The fax number is (980) 500-0022, and email reaches the front desk at info@okonicdental.com.
Friday
The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday by appointment only. It is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you are used to walking in or calling on a Friday, call us Monday through Thursday to book a Friday visit, or plan for Monday through Thursday instead.

Dr. Kelvin Okons, DDS cared for patients at this office as part of the Radiant Smiles team. He now leads it under his own name.

Your appointments
Anything booked under the old name carries over, so you do not need to rebook. Friday visits are by appointment only, so if yours falls on a Friday the front desk will call you to confirm it.
